3 – Structural Modifications Included
Need to resize an opening for a larger window, add a lintel/header, or cut a new egress? Openings are properly insulated and waterproofed (flashing tape, drip caps, sill pans), then finished cleanly inside and out. For basement egress, we follow required dimensions and clearances, and can advise on wells and drainage so the install both passes inspection and looks great.
